Honolulu Printmakers Annual Exhibition now on view
The Honolulu Printmakers Annual Exhibition—Hawai'i's biggest print show—is back for its 80th year. This year's juror is Laura Berman, assistant professor and interim chair of printmaking at the Kansas City Art Institute. Honolulu Printmakers invites all print artists in Hawai‘i to participate in the annual exhibition by submitting up to three entries for jurying.
Each year the Honolulu Printmakers commissions an artist to create what they call a Gift Print, which is printed in an edition of 75. This year's chosen artist is Duncan Dempster. Read about him and his print (left) in the Honolulu Printmakers' newsletter. The print is for sale to the public for $90.
