School Tour Request Forms
We are currently taking reservations for Fall 2010. Guided School tours begin August 17, 2010. Art and Life in Colonial America runs from August 24, 2010 through February 4, 2011. Self-Guided Tours may be scheduled at any time when the galleries are not scheduled for guided tours.

SCHOOL TOURS-including college and adult education classes
Guided Tours- Submit requests at least 3 weeks prior to requested dates.Self-guided Tours-Submit requests at least 2 weeks prior to requested dates.
Private & Charter Schools- because of Furlough Fridays in the public schools, please choose a Friday tour date whenever possible.

*This fee is waived for Title 1 schools and bus subsidy may be available for Title 1 schools.

FREE effective January 1, 2010 for Summer and Fall 2010. (Valued at $25/class)

Students come on own College & Adult Education Class
FREE If you cannot come as a class, your students can visit the Academy individually during regular hours to work on an assignment. Submit this form a week in advance. If you will be coming as a group, you will need to request a self-guided tour and accompany your students through the galleries.
