The Pavilion Café
Seating times: 11:30 a.m., 11:45 a.m., noon, 12:45 p.m., 1 p.m., 1:15 p.m., and 1:30 p.m.
Tuesday through Saturday.

Dinner at the Pavilion Café: On the second Thursday of every month 
the cafe is open 5-9pm, preparing two specials (such as steak Florentine sandwiches).
Also availabe are beer, wine and cocktails. The evening is self-service. 

Chef Mike Nevin uses fresh island ingredients in his casual, contemporary dishes with Mediterranean and Asian accents.

The café is part of the Academy's Luce Pavilion Complex and is surrounded by gardens with a waterfall, spectacular sculptures by Jun Kaneko and a 70-year-old monkeypod tree. The indoor-outdoor cafe seats 112 at teak tables and chairs.

There is no admission charge to those who visit the Academy for lunch. Academy members receive a 10 percent discount.
