Contributions to the Honolulu Academy of Arts may be general, unrestricted gifts or gifts directed to a particular area of the donor’s interest. Gifts to the Annual Fund are unrestricted gifts used for the Academy’s current year operating expenses. Restricted gifts may support the Academy’s endowment (for acquisition funds, exhibitions, travel, research, or operating support) or other areas of donor interest that reflect current Academy needs
